    + - Do you make furniture(blinds, curtains, sofas, dining chairs, and cushions)?
    We provide the fabric that goes into creating drapery, upholstery, and soft upholstery for residential and commercial interiors. We could help you select the right fabric for your decor and then connect you with an installation partner.
    + - How long will my order take?

    Based on our 90% stock fulfilment rate, orders placed within the UAE will be delivered within 24 hours. Lead time for deliveries to other GCC locations may vary depending on ordered quantity, SKU, and the selected courier service.

    + - Why choose us?
    All our fabrics are manufactured within world class composite mills that maintain exceptional quality control. Since 1990 we’ve launched at least 12 collections a year and kept 3000+ SKUs active. Given this range, we are able to complete a variety of decor styles for commerical and residential interiors.

    We could help you. Reach us for design consultation on Info@alignfabrics.com. Our in-house textile designer is able to recommend to you the best drapery and upholstery fabrics specific to the personality of your setting.

    + - Can I get a sample before I place an order?
    Samples are available upon request.
    + - What are the widths of the fabrics?
    Our sheers come in 300CM (5CM +/-) and our fabrics for curtains, blinds, sofas, cushions, and other soft upholstery come in 140CM (5CM +/-).
    + - Can I have it delivered anywhere?
    Our retail channel consists of 2500+ resellers spread across UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, and Iran. Outside of these regions our fabrics can be delivered to you with courier charges.
    + - Do you have fire-retardant fabrics?
    We have fire retardant fabrics for drapery and upholstery that are NFPA 701 certified and BS 5867 certified. We also hold Fire Retardant sheers of the M1 standard.
    + - What is the payment method?
    Online payment accepted Via Stripe or in-person POS. We also accept AED & USD cash and cheques, and bank transfers.
    + - What if the item I want is out of stock?
    We try to maintain a 90% stock fulfilment rate. If your selected fabric is out of stock we will advise you on your extended lead time prior to final order approval.
    + - What if the fabric received is damaged?

    All defect or damaged fabric that has not been cut or installed may be replaced or refunded upon management approval.

    + - How can I cancel my order?
    Any fabric ordered that has not been cut or process by our operation team’s maybe cancelled with prior notice.
